Has it been a while since you received an ID check link and did it expire? No worries, this is easy to solve! Just get in touch with us via the contact form on our site. Click here for the contact form. Select the appropriate category for your question and briefly state that you need a new link for the ID check. We will then send you a new link. 

Please note that the link is valid for 7 days. You should upload a clearly readable photo of your passport or identity card. Not a picture of your driving licence, as this will not be accepted! Also make sure there are no scratches or tears in the document and no flashes or stains blocking the document. In addition, make sure you always upload a photo of the original document. So do not take a picture of a (printed) photo. 

Once we have received the ID check in good order, your account will be verified and you can get started!
